Let the silly mayhem continue. The town of Hatstead has become a hot spot for strange phenomenon, so when people start to report sightings of a humanoid creature resembling a fish, why would Vincent Rigoni be surprised? It doesn’t really matter if he believes the creature is real or not. The whole ordeal is hurting business, and that’s the bottom line. To make matters worse, several of Vincent’s clients are requesting his help, and Vincent only has so many men at his disposal. One thing is certain, though. Vincent has already taken down aliens and monsters, so bagging a fishman should be a cinch. Right?
